Verification Policy

   2. Documents confirming residence, such as a bank statement or utility bill, no older than 3 months

7. For Anti Money Laundering and source of funds purposes, Golden Tiger Casino reserves the right to ask for clear copies of the following documents:
   1. Images of front and back of debit cards used to deposit and withdraw from the casino
   2. Un-redacted debit card, Ewallet and bank account statements
   3. Proof of regular income such as payslips, dividend statements, pension statements, tax returns
   4. Proof of savings origins, such as inheritance or property sales documents, gambling winnings evidence or other windfalls as appropriate
8. Should it be deemed necessary Golden Tiger Casino may also require these documents to be certified by a registered Notary.
9. If there is suspicion of the authenticity of the documents or the individual submitting them, proof of the time and location of where the document image has been captured may be required.

11. Any documents provided to Golden Tiger Casino will be held in confidence and stored for five years from the date on which Player’s Account is closed (unless there is a regulatory reason which Golden Tiger Casino must comply with which extends this period).
12. Golden Tiger Casino takes a risk-based approach to mitigate the presence of money laundering, fraud and criminal activity. A Player’s account may be frozen and any payment withheld, where the Golden Tiger Casino is unable to verify the Player’s identity and/or determine the legitimacy of the source of funds being used to gamble with.
